Do I get a personalised plan or is it general?

If you're on a coaching tier, your training and nutrition are fully personalised to your body, routine and goals. The app-only tier includes structured programs and tools, but not individual customisation.

Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

If you're on a coaching plan, yes- we provide weekly high protein meal plans, personalised targets and ongoing support to make food feel simple. If you're on the app-only tier, you'll still get access to our full recipe library and tracking tools, but without tailored plans or check-ins.

How much support do I get?

That depends on your tier. Our full coaching clients get weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support. Custom coaching includes monthly check-ins. App access is self-guided with all tools but no 1:1 support.

What if I’m not a beginner-or I’ve tried other plans?

Perfect. We coach people at every stage. Whether you're new to strength training or just haven’t found something that sticks, we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
